岗位职责：

1. To develop and maintain global key account business

2. To understand customer’s current and long-term product plan and requirement

3. To foresee and forecast customer business trend and potential

4. To develop a strong customer relationship vertically and horizontally in customer’s organization

5. To lead H/W & S/W supporting team to design in and design win customer projects in each design cycle.

6. To manage customer business RFQ timely and skillfully

7. To arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually business & technical review and seminar.

8. To collect and update market intelligent about customer, local market, competitor and eco-system partners to HQ team.

9. To conduct business growth plan in key customer.

10. To develop eco-system partnership plan to grow key customer business.

岗位需求：

1. Bachelor or Master degree holder with major in EE, Computer Science, Telecommunication engineering and business management educational background.

2. Over 8 years of experience of selling or marketing wireless and WIFI products.

3. Minimum 3 years global key account management experience.

4. Good understanding in Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and other Wireless Communication products

5. Fluent Mandarin China and English in speaking and writing and presentation skills.

6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close business transactions.

7. Working experience and relationship with key MNC is a plus. E.g. Acer, Intel, Microsoft and etc.

8. Product marketing and business development experience in semiconductor industry is a plus

9. Proactive, optimistic and customer-oriented personality and enjoy facing challenges.
