职位描述

This person manages all warehouse activities including inventory management, cycle count, order shipping, billing and customer service by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities:

?Processes orders in WMS system and perform necessary document filing操作仓库管理系统,处理订单,文件归档
?Pick, Pack and Ship parts upon customer requests and orders, track shipment status, update POD in WMS根据客户需要和订单,完成仓库管理系统的收发货、跟踪、签收信息录入等工作
?Performs cycle count to ensure the inventory info is updated and accurate in WMS完成系统盘点,确保盘点信息及时准确的录入系统
?Liaise and work closely internally and externally与内外部相关部门顺畅协作
?Solves customer urgent request and complaints (phone, fax and email), identifies solution处理客户紧急需求和投诉,提供解决方案

REQUIREMENTS

?College diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience in logistics industry
?Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and Warehouse Management Systems would be helpful.
?Good command of written and spoken English
?Patient and pleasant personality
?Committed, self-motivated and result oriented
?Problem solving / Trouble shooting skills
