HR Specialist - Beijing

To organize and coordinate HR activities of Health & Safety, Community, and Training areas with the objectives of implementing HR initiatives, programs, policy and procedures.

Description of Duties

Health & Safety:

· To assist Manger to serve on cross-functional Health and Safety team to implement corporate, region, district and country health and safety prevention activities and safety recognition programs to foster a world class safety culture.
· To assist in executing the country-wide Health and Safety Action Plan to maintain a safe work environment.
· To coordinate country-wide safety recognition programs to ensure procedures are followed.
· To monitors country-wide safety compliance training to ensure all training is completed.
· Tp create and reviews daily health and safety data, and analyzes reports to ensure compliance with applicable local and UPS health and safety regulations and determine non-compliance.

Community:

To organize activities that promote employee communications; to plan and organize community events and grants donation that enhance intra- and inter-departmental communications and build up the company's image as a responsible corporate citizen

Training
To conduct new hires orientation program for new hires; to arrange related HR related training program and company sponsor application aim at providing employees career development opportunities.

Job requirements:

- Degree holder, 3 years HR experience preferably with MNCs

- Health and Safety knowledge is preferred
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
- Good Presentation Skills
- Good written & spoken English & Chinese
- Good knowledge of Labor Ordinance and the market practice in China
- Good business acumen
