一、岗位职责：
1 负责LTE终端产品测试出现问题debug;
2 负责LTE新feature的调研，实现文档撰写；
3 负责LTE通信算法开发和算法优化，解决产品通信系统性能问题。

二、任职资格：
1 通信工程、数字信号处理等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2 理论功底扎实，精通无线通信的物理层技术和无线信道模型；
3 具有LTE无线标准的商用实现经验；
4 熟练掌握Matlab/C/C++编程；
5 具有复杂问题的分析能力并提出解决方案，采取措施避免风险；
6 有FPGA、 DSP开发经验优先考虑；
7 会使用R&S CMW500, Agilent MXA&MXG者优先考虑；
8 具备小项目负责人能力，具有良好的合作精神。

Since its establishment, Innofidei Inc. has successfully released multiple innovative CMMB terminal core chips with independent intellectual property right. Innofidei Inc. also released the world’s first TD-LTE baseband terminal chip and terminal processing chips for mobile internet in April, 2011.
