Key Accountabilities:

To take every opportunity to deliver our service promise by proactively anticipating and delivering service above and beyond the customers' expectations
To consistently achieve individual and team monthly and annual sales targets
To develop strong portfolio of VIP customers, identifying new and potential customers and following up on sales opportunities
To be well prepared for customer appointments, selecting the best selection of clothing appropriate to the customer
To be able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and features and benefits of products and provide customers with merchandise and product care information
To proactively keep up to date and share the latest fashion and lifestyle trends with customers, relevant to their lifestyle and interests
To stay abreast of the latest happenings in and around town to create talking points with customers
To proactively use and update the company customer database


Requirements:

3-5 years experience focusing on fashion industry
Demonstrate fashion sensibility and sound fashion knowledge including brands, history, unique selling points
Strong mix & match ability
Great understanding of service, previous experience with high end, luxury is preferred
Good communication and social networking skills
Good command of English and computer skills
