-Order Fulfilment and Spares Logistics Controller will be responsible for performing all the operations from project review thru to planning and timely delivery to internal/external customers, and to comply with government regulations related to international trade.

Responsibilities

-Manage the order reviewing, planning, logistics and planner/buyer function for all project orders and FRUs including communication with customers (BU, Global Spares Centre, Technical Support, R&D or others)
-Establish effective materials planning and replenishment models that minimize supply chain costs to achieve customer required fulfillment lead-time
-Interpret forecasts, plan materials, place orders and follow up from manufacturing and suppliers
-Inventory planning for both commercial items and spares to meet the target
-Purchase/distribution orders processing with internal and external suppliers
-Implementation of shipment plan and on-time delivery of machines and spares to meet the SCOT target
-Continuously comply the export and e-book operations with the requirements of Customs, CIQ, MOFCOM, SAFE and other authorities
-Monitor the process of export customs clearance and coordinate to guarantee the timeliness, especially for P1 shipments
- Setup/maintain all system parameters for spares and commercial items
-Work together with warehouse or 3rd party to make sure all bonded items are managed efficiently and in compliance
-Support the return of goods/product from customers/GDC/RDC
-Manage the performance of suppliers related to outbound operations such as broker, forwarder, LSP, etc.
-Understand ECO/FCO process and respond proactively to accelerate release
-Support to finance regarding to export tax refund
-Take any opportunities to drive cost down
-Maintain and improve Elekta’s reputation and classification in customs
-Continuously strive to improve the processes and document filing related to export, e-book management and trade compliance to ensure no finding from external and internal audits
-Ensure outbound logistics and customs support is given to all departments as necessary
-Ensure the work is performed in accordance with Elekta’s value and global processes with local adaptation where necessary

-Manage all assigned tasks, escalating areas of concern
-Work as a team player in line with Elekta’s value

Authorities

-Make decisions for the Elekta production supply centre in accordance with global OF and spares strategy
-Communicate with suppliers in terms of demand forecasts and outbound logistics operation
-Place purchase orders with relevant suppliers
-Represent order fulfilment department in internal or external meetings
Represent Elekta in communication with government authorities

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies

-At least 3 years industrial work experience, preferably for a medium to large global company within order fulfillment, production planning/control, export or supply chain function
-Knowledge of export and e-book procedures
-Knowledge of supply chain management and spares logistics
-Experience of bonded logistics operation
-Planning and Scheduling skills
-Project management skills
-Commercial awareness and recognition of revenue recognition
-Letter of Credit experience preferred
-Generation of export documentation
-Cost awareness
-Data analysis skills
-Use of ERP systems
-Knowledge of internal audit
-Influencing skills
-Effective communication
-Purchasing or Buying experience an advantage
-Excellent written and oral English language necessary
