职位描述

The Field Marketing partners with the Greater China business development and sales leadership in managing the sourcing of potential customers and expanding current customer relationships. Marketing programs, including awareness, relationship building and demand generation activities, are the primary means through which this accomplished. This role also develops and executes a marketing strategy to support business development, increased sales volume, and client retention.

Individuals in this role may engage in more account-based marketing by area, or general marketing strategy. Individuals in this role may hold positions with more specific local titles including Customer Marketing Manager; Country Marketing Manager; Area Programs Manager (National Events)

Key Responsibilities include:

-Builds direct business with target prospects, working with sales professionals to identify target accounts and solutions, positioning Avanade as the Microsoft technology consulting leader
- Oversees customer-specific programs (e.g., events, campaigns, social media, Executive Briefing Center, 1:1 marketing plans) for long-term relationship building, cross-selling and/or up-selling
- Promotes teamwork and coordination between marketing and different functions/service lines/geographies (as relevant) to promote strategic alignment, message consistency, and budget efficiency
- Focuses on developing and maintaining positive working relationship with alliance partners
- Manages communication and workflow between sales, leadership and other invested marketing groups; works with these groups to ensure strategic alignment
- Manages marketing budget(s), including cooperative, partner and/or program funding (e.g., Microsoft partnerships)
- Tracks marketing campaign financial and performance effectiveness, provides recommendations for action if needed, and contributes to knowledge sharing of information with other groups
- Supports the professional development of marketing professionals in the role’s group through recruiting, hiring, performance feedback, and coaching

Region-Dependent Responsibilities:

-Drives customer evidence process by working with business development to identify new wins, public references and case studies
- Develops and implements relevant market awareness, account-based marketing, customer marketing initiatives individually and as team leader
- Develops and rolls out customer segmentation programs within assigned region (e.g., Geography, AG)
- May manage account-based marketing strategy plan in assigned geography, ensures successful execution of ABM plan , and drives development of ABM expertise
- Aligns with Area and Global marketing operations, supports rollout of marketing automation tools, and marketing reporting requirements

Role Requirements:

-8+ years B2B marketing experience, preferable in IT/Services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Experience in various facets of marketing, including online, direct mail, telemarketing, web-based, etc.
- Knowledge of consulting services industry
- Experience working across organizational levels, including executives and technical professionals
- Experience working directly with Sales
- Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (especially Word and PowerPoint)
