岗位职责
1. 按计划定期执行系统维护工作；
2. 及时解决系统使用过程中出现的故障；
3. 培训客户正确地使用和操作系统；
4. 申请和管理现场储备的备件确保必须配件的及时供应；
5. 定期汇报客户需求和系统状况；
6. 维持良好的客户关系；
7. 公司安排的其它工作；


岗位要求
1. 大专教育程度，医药学专科学历背景；
2. 具有自动化医疗设备的基本操作知识;
3. 能处理简单的设备故障；
4. 具备独立与客户沟通的能力和客户服务意识。
5. 具有运用计算机的技能；
6. 能读懂英语文档。
