职位描述：
1.为国内外客户准备销售相关的文件；
2.在系统及时入账；
3.及时与订单处理、物流、仓库等部门沟通，以确保对存货正确的会计处理方式；
4.BRS贷款申请；
5.进出口退税；
6.其他领导交办的任务。

任职资格：
1.国际贸易、会计等相关专业大专以上学历；
2.一年以上财务工作经验；
3.一年以上进出口业务、进出口退税等相关工作经验；
4.英语四级以上；
5.熟练操作电脑及办公自动化软件。

Job Description:
1.Prepare documents for selling to our domestic and international customers;
2.Book sales,accounts receivable and credit note on timely manner;
3.Coordinate with SOP,SST,logistic department and warehouse to ensure the correct accounting of inventory;
4.BRS loan application;
5.Lead the VAT refund activity for export sales will be a plus;
6.Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:
1.At least 1 year working experience,preferably with specialization in international trading;
2.A diploma or higher degree in International trading,Finance,Accounting or other relevant subjects;
3.Fluency in Mandarin and English;
4.Experience of handling exporting tax rebate would be a plus;
5.Familiar with Microsoft office,especially excel.
