The candidates shall have strong technical and management skills to direct and manage LSTK contractors personnel to meet all LSTK Contractual Obligations.

The successful candidates must have significant experience in Engineering/Construction Management (10 years minimum) within big international projects.

Provide technical support to project management team and engage on any specialty services related to the discipline required.

Field of Experience in relevant position and pertaining to the division, i.e..CDUVDU, Hydrocracker, DHT, Naphtha,Utilities, Terminal required must be demonstrated.

The candidates shall have a proven track record of executing FEED, Detail Design Engineering and Procurement to Construction.

The candidate shall have strong technical and management skills to direct and manage LSTK Contractor.

All Discipline Project Engineers to lead, review, assess and manage scope of works of the allocated LSTK package under the direction of their delegated Senior Project Engineers and Senior Project Managers.

Review, participate, guide and manage the LSTK contractor in developing the scope of works as defined in the various LSTK's.

Familiarity with and of licensor packages and technologies such as Axen, chevron Lummus, Foster Wheeler Experience in Refining process with focuses on Crude & Vacuum Distillation and Sulphur Processing Facilities Experience inRefining process with focuses on hydrocrackers.

Familiar with chevron lummus isocracking technology.

Experience in Refining process with focuses on Hydrogen Plant.

Familiar with Foster wheeler hydrogen plant technology.

Experience in Refining process with focuses on utilities Experience in Refining process with focuses on diesel hydrotreaters.

Experience in Refining process with focuses on Aromatics Unit (Paraxylene & Benzene).

Experience in Refining process with focuses on Naphtha Hydrotreater/stripper/splitter and gasoline blending.

Experience in Refining process with focuses on Isomerization Unit. Experience in Refining process with focuses onContinues Catalyst Reformer “CCR”.
