Archibat HR Asia is looking for a CREATIVE DIRECTOR for a leading global branding and design firm with 300 people and offices in Beijing, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Genève, San Francisco and Zurich. Founded in 1990, this firm is known for creating branded experiences and systemic, forward-looking communication systems.

Your responsibilities
? Responsible for design development from the initial briefing to the implementation of cross-media applications
? Leading a client design team of up to ten members (senior designers, designers and interns)
? Serving as a creative role model for all team members while ensuring utmost design quality
? Liaising between the design and brand consulting disciplines (e.g in developing brand ideas, preparing brand clarification workshops)
? Developing a deep understanding of your clients and the environments in which they operate, including business sectors, markets, competitors, trends etc.
? Developing visionary approaches and creative ideas for your clients and their brands
? Giving presentations, facilitating meetings and conducting client workshops in English with confidence and professionalism

? 视觉传达或相关专业毕业
? 6年以上跨国品牌运作或CI/CD中介经验
? 具备成功的领导、组建、带领并组织多领域团队的能力
? 为全球知名品牌和客户管理品牌创意团队的成功经验
? 良好的时间管理和任务管理能力，善于解决问题
? 领导和沟通能力
? 良好的概念设计能力
? 了解跨媒体的设计和制作
? 演讲能力
? 熟练使用Adobe Creative Suite和Microsoft Office软件
? 中英文书写沟通流利（普通话）
? 热衷于品牌和设计，把握视觉流行趋势
? 有个人魅力，能够鼓舞他人

Personal and professional requirements
? A degree in visual communication or a related field
? 6+ years' experience in an internationally operating branding or CI/CD agency
? Experience as a successful leader, team builder, motivator and team developer for cross-disciplinary teams
? Proven success in managing creative branding processes for globally renowned brands and clients
? Good time and priority management skills, solution-oriented working style
? Leadership and communication competence
? Strong conceptual skills
? Cross-media understanding of design and production
? Excellent presentation skills
? Good skills in Adobe Creative Suite software and Microsoft Office
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
? A passion for brands, design and a keen sense for visual trends
? A charismatic and inspiring personality
