Summary of Position

This position requires a self-motivated, responsible and organized candidate to manage and coordinate maintenance and display window renovation works for high end retail stores. The candidate must understand the quality standards and the maintenance process, whilst ensuring the timely completion of the maintenance works to the required quality and budget, minimizing disruptions to store operations.

Typical Duties

Work under the guidance and supervision of the Client and inProjects Senior Manager to establish the maintenance procedures and systems for the retailers operating stores.

Conduct a maintenance vendor tender process to appoint a maintenance vendor on a fixed term contract. Review the results and make recommendations.

Assist the retailer operation team by arranging and managing day to day or periodic maintenance work to existing stores.

Assist in resolving technical problems that may arise, seeking guidance and support where necessary.
帮助解决可能出现的技术性问题,必要时可以寻求引导和协助。
Obtain relevant quotations related to store maintenance, assess, negotiate and seek Client approval before issuing instructions.
获得店铺维修方面的报价,对其评估、谈判并在获得客户批准之后拟写各文件。
Assist the retailer operations team with supplementary equipment/furniture procurement and delivery.
通过辅助设备/家具采购及项目验收等方面协助协助零售商运营团队的工作。
Maintain a cost data base and assist retail operations to process purchase orders.
管理成本数据库,协助零售商团队的采购任务。
Liaise with the Landlords on maintenance issues obtaining their approval in advance to carry out work where required.
就维修事宜与业主洽谈并在获得其批准之后完成被委派的任务。
Visit sites and carry out inspections of work completed, record defects, take digital photographs, report and follow up until completed.
工地巡查、竣工验收、问题记录、照片拍摄、撰写报告及项目跟进直到结束。
Check and certify maintenance vendors payments for work once completed.
分包商付款通知核对及送达。
Provide feedback on quality and performance of the maintenance vendors and contractors, issuing recommendations for improvement or change where necessary.
提供维修分包商工作质量的反馈报告,不断优化作业水平。
Required Skills/Qualifications
技能及资质要求
An industry qualification in one of the following: Facility Management, Construction Project Management, Property Management, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, Retail Tenant Coordination, Architecture or MEP.
以下专业技能之一:设施设备管理,工程项目管理,物业管理,室内设计,工料测量,建筑施工,市政工程,零售租户协调,建筑或机电。
Specific experience of working on facility and property management industry, preferably retail, commercial or hospitality facilities
具有设施或物业管理行业经验,零售、商业、餐饮及酒店设施管理经验优先。
Minimal 3 years prior experience in related field
至少3年以上相关行业的经验
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and spoken English and Mandarin
优秀的人际交流能力、英语和普通话读写能力
Highly motivated, energetic and hard working.
