Job Description:
1.Promote UV/Vis & FL, NMR and POA business for the assigned territory to realize annual quota performance
2.Well learning the knowledge. Especially understand the technical material coming from manufactory and market department.
3.Be able to operate UV/Vis & FL, NMR and POA ( include hardware and software )
4.Provide technical material (application note, competition information) to distributor monthly.
5.Training distributor sales team through teleconference monthly and face to face training quarterly.
6.Prepare and keep update sales binder.
7.Do technical presentation in seminar and workshop.
8.Direct the key account ( product experts, industry leaders ) management activities for the products and territory to drive account expansion and penetration, develop long term relationships and insure customer satisfaction
9.Develop and implement tactical approach to secure growth from strategically important developing regions
10.Join sale call to support sales activity. Lead distributor sales team to win big project.
11.Work closely with the Marketing department to identify and assess new opportunities for existing products as well as opportunities for new product development
12.Interface with Field Service to exchange customer information and insure adequate support of the account base
13.Feedback to manufactory the requirement of the products coming from local territory and market.
 

Key Business Metrics:
1.Bookings against quota
2.Assigned product and territory’s marketing share and the ratio of increase.
3.Quarterly technical material training and spread quality.
 
 
Requirements:
1.Education:
Master’s degree in Chemistry Analysis, Chemistry and related knowledge.
2.Experience/Skills:
1）2 years operation experience in UV/Vis & FL products
2）Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
3）Knowledge background of geological exploration, environment, metallurgy, food safety, biological is welcome.
4）Ready to help others
5）Ability to persuade and influence
6）Excellence presentation skill
7）Pay the utmost attention to over one or two years sales experience.
