Job Description
DHgate.com’s Buyer Seller Operation team is seeking a bright, detail-oriented and visionary applicant to join us as a project manager with our buyer seller operation team. This team is designed to ensure DHgate remains competitive in the online B2B industry with best prices, wide selection, good product information, reducing shipping time, enhancing buyer trust, improving buyer and seller experience and increasing workplace efficiency.
In this role, you will be the driving force that collaborates with the business, technical and finance teams around China. You will deliver solutions and programs that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible - all while maintaining a strong buyer and seller focus. You will work with stakeholders, multiple businesses, technical, and finance teams to identify, define, and specify solutions meeting our buyers’ and sellers’ needs. You will be working multiple teams on a daily basis to improve processes and communication.
You will be responsible for managing multiple processes within Business and Operation team by integrating and contributing to DHgate business and operation improvements. The scope of these initiatives requires us to recruit a high-energy, talented, thought leader who can manage innovation and execution. This position and requires sound decision-making capabilities. The initiatives that you will lead are critical enhancements needed to improve customer experience, drive business growth, reengineer operation excellent and reduce cost.

· Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to educate and share knowledge with multiple retail business teams and RBS team members
Working Experience
· A strong background (5+ years) in buyer/seller operations, marketing, category management, seller acquisition, business development, logistics, program management or project management
· A bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.

学历须在本科以上，MBA学历优先
