1.Suitable educational background or qualification trough skills and experience.
2.5+ years of development experience, out of which 2+ years on system level assignments.
3.1-3 years of team lead experience, during which at least two assignments with actual engineering solution lead.
4.At least two projects where the candidate has been responsible of competence planning of the engineering team sized 5+ persons, incl. validation of skills.
5.At least 2 projects with technical point-of-contact - responsibility either towards internal product organization or external customer(s).
6.Technical skills qualifying for the position:
* Strong skills and understanding of efficient programming techniques on at least 2 languages, Preferably C/C++ and one
prevailing language for web development.
* understanding of the operating system structure and implementation, to the level to be able to assess and estimate the
complexity of driver development, system porting and optimization. OS's in question should include embedded Linux or
some RTOS preferably to support network communication equipments.
* Basic/intermediate understanding of various HW buses, protocols and peripherals used in BSP's.
* Advanced understanding of system design, integration and verification with proven team management skills (as an
example, planning and organizing engineering to work in parallel using sandboxes, simulators and target devices in order to
meet common deadlines.
* Solid understanding of Internet and mobile web development, from HTML UI presentation to business logic and data layer to
the HTTP processing, using LAMP and other web technologies to support from desktop computers to mobile phones using
browsers or apps.
