ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Use telemarketing to qualify potential accounts to determine what level of Sales will be responsible for the Sales Cycle moving forward (inside, field sales, RDM’s, etc…)
? Weekly call quota and report results of all calls made
? Assist with implementing new account SOP’s (any level)
? Assist Senior Sales and the Branch Manager with Local RFQ’s
? Be a resource for Operations on accounts brought on by Sales when needed
? Utilize the system to maintain and increase customer base (BASE ACCOUNTS)
? Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company
? Able to develop and maintain strong business relationships over the phone
? Provide pricing, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
? Actively participate in aggressive sales and skills training
? Adhere to requirements outlined in the Sales Policy
? Work with the Senior Sales Executive to refine his/her selling skills
? Other duties as may be assigned

? Excellent organizational skills
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
? Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
? Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
? Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
