Main reponsibilities of this position:　　　　　　　　　
1, Maintain customer FC, create shop order, make production plan
维护客户需求，制定生产工单，生成生产排配计划
2, Base on PO,FC, manpower and machine capacity adjust the plan to be reasonable
根据客户订单，FC，人力机台产能等信息调整合理的生产计划
3, Chase production line to meet the delivery request, make sure FIN on time transfer to W/H
追踪生产情况，确保成品及时入库
4, Communicate with production supervisor, line leaders, production engineers for the daily work issue
处理日常的生产异常，及时和生产主管，线长，工艺工程师沟通协调
5, Hilight labor and machine shortage if can see the potential risk
提前预警人力需求和产能不足的潜在风险
6, Create purchase order for the raw material base on FC
根据需求下达采购订单
7, Push supplier delivery to meet production plan, control DOS
管理供应商的交货计划，满足生产排配需求, 并控制库存在合理范围
8, Solve supplier payment issue
解决供应商付款事宜　
Specific Knowledge, Application, Technical and/or Management Skills Required To Perform Duties As Specified:
1, At least 2 years working experience for Buyer or Planner
至少两年以上采购或生产计划的工作经验
2, Above College, 大专以上学历
3, Good at MS office skills, familiar with MRP system
熟悉办公软件的应用 和MRP 系统使用
4, Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred
有在跨国制造型企业的工作经历者优先
5, Good in English and Mandarin both in written and oral
良好的中英文口语和书面语的表达能力
6, Strong Analytical skill is required and good market sensitivity and responsibility
较强的分析能力，市场的敏锐性和责任心
7, Good negotiation skill and team work spirits are required
要有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
