职位描述：
1、根据公司经营计划，配合采购经理制定产品采购预算，最大程度满足市场销售需求；
2、负责货品的采购、调配、分析、活动提报与存销控制；
3、制定采购方案，适时、适量地调节控制供应商货品结构，合理制定产品折扣、出清计划等，有效控制进存销水平，实现产品合理化运转，从而配合店铺业绩目标的达成；
4、维护各品牌供应商关系，制定计划，买货测算，货品结构、款式挑选、成本控制、买货数量、零售价格确认等；
5、每季末总结制定当季货品分析总结报告，指导合理订货及采购；
6、开展市场调研，分析和预测，做好市场信息的收集、整理和反馈，高效开辟新市场；
7、负责处理售后客诉专业问题的解答
8、家居厨具方向。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，奢侈品或时尚买手相关专业优先，3年以上相关工作经验；
2、专业的流行奢侈品知识和行业背景，并熟悉色彩搭配、饰品搭配等专业知识；
3、较强的信息收集分析及预测能力，具有敏锐的市场洞察力及分析能力，熟悉国内奢侈品消费者需求；
4、能独立收集供应商和买家的动向以及时尚流行的款式、颜色、材料趋势的信息，并做有效的数据分析；
5、具有团队协作和吃苦创新精神，责任心强，以及较强的市场拓展能力和良好的服务意识；
6、对国际一线品牌了解，能读懂品牌定位，对流行趋势有敏锐的洞察力，有良好的创意感悟能力及主动创新能力；
7、英语听说读写熟练，并熟练使用EXCEL；
8、曾在海外有过相关从业经验者或其他奢饰品类买手从业经验者优先考虑。

FBRX had been the exclusive distributor of Zwilling for north China district since 1998.
从1998年最初6家5平米的柜台发展成后来30多家高端商场的平均120平米的柜台。
The shops increased from 6 to 30, and the square enlarged from 5㎡ to 120㎡ in premium shopping malls。
年销售额从1998年的600万逐年增长至1个亿，占据双立人中国销售总额的四分之一。
The annual sales increased from 6 million in 2000 to 100 million year by year, it covered of the sales amount of Zwilling China.
