岗位职责：
1、负责公司阿拉伯项目的英文技术支持的客服工作，解决他们在使用产品时遇到的问题，或提供使用产品的技术指导。主要与客户通过电话或邮件进行沟通。
2、协助产品经理，负责设计互联网产品，包括需求收集、需求分析、需求文档制作、产品原型制作及最后产品测试及验收等；
3、协助产品经理，负责与设计、开发及业务部门沟通需求，跟进产品的开发及推广；
4、其他产品相关与运营工作。

任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，愿意从事Support技术工作。专业不限，但要求有优秀的英语听说读写能力（有产品助理相关经验的优先考虑）；
2、流利的英文沟通表达能力（任职初期会与美国总部进行相关系统知识和技术支持的培训）
3、熟练的英文书写能力：能够熟练使用英文邮件沟通需求和书写英文需求文档；
4、具备一定的商业头脑和客户意识，要求有良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神；
5、熟练使用MS Office 系列软件，例如Word、PowerPoint、Excel等。能熟练掌握互联网产品原型制作工具Axure、流程制作工具Visio等的求职者将优先考虑；
6、具有较强的用户需求判断、引导、控制能力；思维敏捷，具有良好的逻辑和产品设计能力，具备较强分析加工的能力；
7、熟悉电子商务领域，且具备电子商务平台类产品业务实操经验的优先考虑。

特殊说明：
1、公司正常上班时间：周一至周五 9:00AM~17:30PM
2、该职位上班时间：周一至周日 8:00AM~19:30PM 不定
一周5天，每天9小时（含1小时午餐时间）
