Dimensions:
The reseller cooperator is responsible for develop and accomplishing sales objectives by managing our named corporate resellers framework
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Implement reseller policies, partner contracts process and sales engagement perspectives according to company relevant policies
2. Implement promotions and incentives with resellers according to company relevant policies
3. Support Sales to manage all partners accounts information and contracts
4. Coordinate internal resource to arrange the training for resellers
5. Coordinate customer events to effectively drive sales revenue through reseller
6. Improve the communication channel between inside sales team and outside resellers
7. Working closely with the sales team, marketing, technical and the other support organizations
8. Ability to effectively to resolve issues and reseller conflicts as they raised
9. Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment, must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
10. Support Finance department to reduce AR balance on customer accounts by communicating with sales team and customers directly
11. Regularly communicate with customers including resellers for aged accounts and work with sales team to develop a plan for AR collection
12. Follow the company money collection progress and send customer reminder letters as needed
13. Support Finance department to conduct client credit checking if necessary
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
· A minimum of three years working in the similar role
· Good understanding of software business
· Ability to get in details and solve problems
· Aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively
· Very good communication capability
· Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern
· Bachelor degree and or equivalent years of experience
