任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，化工专业背景；

2. 有5年以上电镀现场工作经验，熟知锌铁/锌镍/磷化工艺者尤佳；

3. 了解汽车行业ISO/TS16949标准要求，熟知FMEA，CP等文件；

4. 熟悉实验室设备及仪器的使用及电镀化验的操作，有扎实的理论基础和实践经验；

5. 熟练操作MS Office办公软件；

6. 责任心强，逻辑分析能力良好。

职位描述:

1. 负责电镀工艺的制定和优化，日常的槽液维护调整，确保各槽液的稳定性，对电镀工艺及技术的总负责。

2. 负责编制和维护各类工艺技术文件及相关记录表式，完善技术文件,参与新产品的开发,做好电镀生产工艺和产品质量的持续改进工作，产品品质相关的数据统计与分析。

3. 根据汽车行业ISO/TS16949标准要求，建立电镀工艺特殊过程CQ-11的文件体系，并确保有效执行。

4. 电镀生产过程的品质持续改善，成本降低方案开发。

5. 负责电镀生产过程的工艺流程、工装制具等优化，实现生产能力、生产效率的提升。

6. 水处理设备的操作规程等指导书的制定，统计每月水处理的消耗。

7. 负责电镀车间技术人员的指导和培训工作。

8. 主管经理安排的其他工作任务。
