Job Description：
The Project Director of Network is responsible for leading the Network data project delivery team, the project delivery team playing 3 key roles, Network data pre-sales, project management and data analysis. You will be producing deliverables throughout the full lifecycle delivery of Veeva Network Data to a wide range of Life Sciences clients. You will collaborate with a variety of Customers, Vendors, and Veeva Colleagues while delivering high quality solutions to drive Customer success.
Responsibilities
？ Work with the sales team to build, manage and maintain customer relationships
？ Lead the team to understand customer needs and develop high-quality presentations, proposals and support customer to run the related data testing
？ Lead the team for Veeva Network Data projects. Responsible for high quality project deliverables
？ Help customer define the master data management process, and build up the working model
？ Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices and accelerators
？ The position is 50% team management and 50% key customer pre-sales and project management
Requirements：
？ 7+ years of experiences in enterprise software solutions or data solutions for life sciences industry in China
？ 3+ years of experiences in team management
？ 3+ years of experiences in Pharma CRM/MDM (Master Data Management) or HCO/HCP data service projects
？ Self-driven, innovative, quick learner
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
？ Proven track record of being an A player in the past
？ B.S. degree from a top university.
Nice to Have：
？ Knowledge and applicable work experience with Customer Data Stewardship and Governance Processes
？ Master/MBA degree preferred
？ PMP preferred
