Microsoft Program Manager Steers the Ship of Product

As a Program Manager, you’ll set direction of the product by holistic understanding of what customer really needs. By defining the feature set, specification and plan, you’ll coordinate with product and business management, product planning and other disciplines including Software Development Engineer and Software Development Engineer in Test. A great PM will have ambitions, customer interest, trade-off and self-motivation to drive for result.

Requirement:

- BS/MS or above degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred

- Drive, spec, and coordinate key features and components

- Care about customer’s experience and understand market needs

- Excellent project management ability

- Manage feature team schedule and delivery

- Excellent communication skills

- Be creative, innovative and always look for improvements

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
