职位描述
Mission:
The Business Solution Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation processes at data level, customer care and logistic parcel flows between the company and internal & external customers (upstream and downstream).
The Business Solution Manager will work closely with the Management in China, the Customer Service Manager, the Sales Manager, and ensure ongoing and new projects are implemented smoothly.
He or she will be working in close collaboration with the Business Solution Manager at the Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
Key Tasks:
1. Establishing and maintaining contact with both internal and external customers and provides structural and specific support to our product implementation at Chinese customers
2. Development and implementation of projects, on a standalone basis or on behalf of / in conjunction with Management and Operations
3. Identify opportunities for improving efficient, both internally and as part of the process "end-to-end" with customers
4. Detection and understanding of customer needs and their implementation in business processes
5. Development (and monitoring) of a professional relationship with key customers pushed at the operational level
Qualification
1.3年以上.NET开发经验;
2.具备需求分析和系统设计能力,以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题能力;
3.有扎实的C#基础,了解面向对象编程;
4.熟悉SQLSERVER,Mysql等主流数据库,并熟练掌握SQL,存储过程,触发器等,能够根据项目需要灵活运用数据库的各种功能;
5.了解.NET下的C/S、B/S系统开发,精通.Net框架类库,如WCF、ASP.NET Web Form、ASP.NET MVC,Entity Framework等;
6.具备良好的英文听说读写能力
7.良好的沟通和表达能力、具备团队协作的精神、具备较强的学习能力,工作耐心细致、责任心强,具有良好的敬业精神和团队精神,学习能力强。
8. 有售前工作经验优先。
