职位描述

1、正规美术院校相关专业广告、服装、设计等相关专业，具有优秀的品格及个人领导魅力；

2、具有较强的创新及设计能力，敏锐的时尚感、熟悉服装行业市场趋势和消费者需求；

3、五年以上创意设计工作经历，有成功广告创意设计案例；

4、能够把握项目的整体创意及设计风格并有手绘功底；

5、具有三年以上团队领导和协调工作经验；

6、能够把握部门其他设计人员的设计方向以保证方案水平；

7、准确把握客户意图，具有较强的创作力和执行力，时间观念强。
