职位描述
职责描述：
1.负责项目暖通的设计工作；
2.负责暖通技术方案；
3.根据项目进度完成扩初、施工图的设计、审校工作；
4.配合解决现场施工中的技术问题。
5.主管交代的其他事宜。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，暖通、给排水等相关专业，男女不限；
2、3年以上工作经验，有1年以上装饰工程暖通现场管理经验;熟悉施工和成本预算；
3、熟练掌握暖通、消防设计，了解给排水、建筑、结构、电气等相关专业知识；
4、参与过大型工程暖通设备安装，能独立解决问题，熟悉国家及地方采暖、通风设计及施工的规范、标准；
5、熟悉AutoCAD等专业设计软件；
6、具有良好的沟通协调能力与资源整合能力，极强的质量及进度的外协沟通能力，以及与预算、采购、设计各部的内协沟通能力；
7、性格开朗，刻苦耐劳，责任心强，有耐心，有毅力；
8、持中级职称者优先。
