Purpose of this job:

The Insurance Training Manager will be responsible for identifying training needs and implementing effective and result-driven training programs to support development needs of insurance business and ensure consistency, common standards and compliance. This person should collaborate with internal and external related parties to develop/update and manage insurance training curriculums for the effective training delivery, optimize training tools and methods, track and manage training records.

Primary/Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate training needs, develop and implement the training strategy

2. Coordinate with insurance businessunits, LSH training academy, external training companies and other related partiedto develop training materials and implementation plans

3. Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of training and development programs to make sure the programs are effective and efficient.

4. Manage the internal and external training resources, training records and other administration work.

5.Ensure CIRC training compliance

Degree/Diploma:

Degree: Bachelor

Major: Insurance, Law, Finance, Financial Analysis,International Business, Business Administration,

Related Working Experience:

At least 5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in related field

At least 1-2 years of team leading or people supervising experience

Specialized Knowledge:

Insurance product and operations of insurance industry in China, a plus

Operations of Auto industry, a plus
