Responsible for the commercial issues of the backlog of projects;
Build strong relationship with customers and projects stakeholders, i.e. end-users, investors, etc.; timely follow up cash collection related activities
Work close with JV project team, handle commercial related activity for domestic on-going project
Perform the project execution related finance activities;
Prepare Weekly/Monthly AR reporting and forecast.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Backlog Project related:
? Buildup relationship with client by periodical call/mail/visit
? Work with project/site/finance team to solve any technical/commercial issue
? Customers’ invoicing & issuance of related documents
? Discussing and expediting payments from the client
? Support the projects cash-in planning
? Filing of agreements ,contract amendments, fax and all collection related document

On-going project management:
? Attend project review meeting, understand project status and provide project brief summary to management team
? Manage goods delivery document, issue billing to JV
? Prepare domestic project cash-in forecast
? Report progress to the Senior Management on a regular basis and whenever required

POC Project Accounting/AR reporting related:
? Prepare and maintain POC project planning cost,
? Issue billing and monthly POC entry in SAP
? Prepare POC project database for both actual and forecast

Project Accounting/AR reporting related:
? Prepare cash collection relate weekly/monthly report
? Work with SSC team to ensure the accuracy of HFM result
? Provide cash in forecast for cash flow analysis


Any other tasks which the Company may reasonably require as a head of Commercial and cash collection of the Project Execution.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree, major in accounting is preferred
At least two years’ experience in AR accounting, GL experience can be a plus


SKILLS:
Strong Communication skills, computer skills, SAP experience can be a plus
