Qualifications
1) University graduate, major in Biology, Chemistry or Marketing is preferred;
2) At least two years working experience related with marketing or sales or admin, on-line marketing experience is preferred;
3) Good command of MS Office;
4) Willing to take multi tasks and work under pressure;
5) High enthusiasm, patient, detail orientated, hardworking attitude, team approach;
6) Proficiency in Chinese & English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
1) Marketing & Sales Support
- Support to organize and conduct marketing activities in east China, such as seminar room reservation, sales tools distribution, booth decoration, payment request and customer invitation for events etc.
- Translation tasks from global marketing.
- Support to online marketing with Media management.
- Press release writing for territory activities.
- Support to make cold calls and customer review.
- Conduct sales data statistics and analysis;
- Organize weekly sales meeting and take protocol;
2) Office Administration Support
- General office administration, include but not limited to: facilities, incoming phone calls, stationary, mails/posts, keys, employee attendance system, etc.
- Manage all supplies related to office administration;
- Maintain the clean working environment;
- Visitors management;
- Support Finance dept. on leasing payment, invoice, monthly supplier payment, etc.
- Coordination with IT team when necessary.
3）Other tasks assigned by superior or Management.
