职位描述

Objective of job
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of China Parts Distribution Strategy Projects according to strict deadline. This includes Quality and Risk Management activities and work package monitoring (on-site visits when necessary) as well as Communication Management activities with the different Project Groups.
- The sub-projects include: coordination extension projects Beijing and Shanghai, Chengdu interim solution, move project Chengdu, move project Shanghai, coordination extension project Guangzhou, move project Guangzhou, move project Beijing.

Task designation
1 Location Coordination / Project Management
- Ensure execution of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Monitor the progress of all project packages, coordinate all sub-projects to realize as expected according to deadlines and within budget
- Provide feedback to update project plans and associated communication documents
- Identify and coordinate issues and conflicts
- Identify and alert project dependencies and critical paths
- Monitor project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver documentation and presentations regarding on-site findings
- Analyze content of status reports from the project team and troubleshooting problem areas
- Proactively signal changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans
2 Organization
- Initiate and coordinate on-site visits for the needed project groups
- Contact person as location coordinator for all project members
- Co-work with project team members to achieve project objectives

Qualification required
Education
- University degree
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics Management/Business Administration/Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Aftersales Logistics and Project Management
- Professional experience in project management / project consultancy.

Special Knowledge
- Good team work spirit.
- Persuasive and able to communicate in a structured and logical way.
- Willing to travel.
- Fluent English.
Practical English in written communication.

Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (DPTS), which was established in April 2008, is headquartered in Beijing and running three operative warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The headquarter is taking care of the administrational processes, including inventory management, importation, domestic trading, export, customer relationship management, procurement, transportation management, warehouse management, contract management and cost planning, as backbone to the three warehouses which do the physical distribution.

As a 100% subsidiary of Daimler Northeast Asia, DPTS aims to integrate the spare parts logistics supply for all Daimler activities in PR China under one roof, including MB PC, MB CV, MB Van, Maybach and smart. The target of DPTS is to provide MB-Standard service level with cost efficiency by synergies mainly in warehouse, transportation and administration.
