岗位职责:
1 协助准备中英文评估报告，项目可行性研究报告以及其他管理层指派的相关任务
2 能够协助/独立完成市场研究，数据分析，项目现场勘查，物业估值以及撰写评估报告
3 为各类的客户执行评估和其他咨询工作，包括私有/公有企业和个人，以达到其目的，并负责此类任务的准确性和质量保证
4 与团队其他成员共同合作完成评估任务
5 如有需要，协助评估及咨询部在中国之业务发展及市场推广
6 协助经理建立并定期更新数据库系统
7 有时需要出差

岗位要求:
1 房地产评估及咨询经验，拥有于跨国公司、房地产咨询公司、房地产公司、或评估公司1年以上工作经验者优先考虑；
2 教育部认可的大学学士及以上学位，房地产、土地管理、经济、金融及相关专业，有海外留学背景者优先考虑
3 RICS或者拥有其他相关专业资质证书者优先
4 熟悉中国房地产市场
5 较强的逻辑分析能力及解决问题的技巧
6 有良好的沟通能力和独立工作能力，讲求效率
7 具有良好的团队合作精神
8 流利的中英文书面和口头表达能力
9 责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力
10 熟悉Office办公应用软件，熟练操作计算机及相关办公设备

Responsibilities:

1 To execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies and any other assignments directed by the Senior Management;
2 Undertake market studies, data analysis, site inspections, preparing of valuations and report writing;
2 Work for a wide range of clients, including private and public companies as well as individuals for a wide variety of purposes, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments;
3 Work with other team members for the successful execution of valuation assignments;
4 Assist to drive growth and development of the valuation business in China;
5 To assist the Managers with the setting up and updating of filling and database systems of the Department;
6 Domestic travel will be expected on assignments within China.

Requirements:
7 A Bachelor from a recognised university, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines; A higher degree in relevant subject will be highly preferable; Foreign background is preferred by not necessary;
8 RICS or related professional qualification is an advantage;
9 Working experience in real estate/valuation and related business or in consultancy is preferred;
10 Extensive knowledge on China’s real estate market is an advantage;
11 Logical thinking with sound analytical skills particularly on a project focus;
12 Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;
13 Fluent spoken and good written English and Mandarin, with sound writing skills in both languages;
14 A team player with good presentation skills;
15 Able to work efficiently to deadlines, self-motivated, able to work independently;
16 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
