Requirements 任职要求

1. 全日制财务专业专科及以上学历
Full-time college degree or above in Finance major
2. 中级会计师或以上职称
Having certificate of Intermediate Accountant or above
3. 具有五年以上相关行业财务工作经验；有生产型工厂财务工作经验者优先考虑
With over 5 years finance-related working experience, having worked in production factory is preferred.
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件，如Excel、Word、Outlook和PowerPoint等
Proficient in using office software, for example Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint etc.
5. 熟练使用金蝶、用友、ERP System等
Proficient in using software of Kingdee, Yonyou, ERP System etc.
6. 精通汉语和英语
Proficient in English and Chinese
7. 耐心，专注，能适应重复工作，学习能力强
Patient, concentrated and can adapt to repeated work with strong learning ability
8. 廉洁自律，诚实守信
Honesty, trustworthy with high self-discipline


Responsibilities 职位描述

1. 负责独立完成工厂月度结账相关工作
Solely responsible for the Account Closing works in factory
2. 负责组织工厂的成本管理工作，进行成本预测、内部控制、核算、分析和考核
Being responsible of cost control and forecasting, which contains related accounting, analysis, and assessment
3. 根据部门经理要求完成工厂财务的稽核、审计、会计等工作
Based on manager’s requirements, to complete the related works of finance auditing
4. 协助部门经理制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划
Assist manager to establish, maintain, or improve the finance related policies and procedures,and prepare quarterly or annually finance plan
5. 协助部门经理向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析
Assist manager to prepare financial reports and necessary analysis to company management
6. 参与并了解工厂仓库库存
Personally involve and understand the warehouse inventory
7. 执行部门经理所指派的其他相关职责
Follow and act on other tasks assigned by the manager.
