职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Build up shop floor organization
2. Train and qualify the workers according to RBCD training system
3. Evaluate the performance of the workers according to RBCD guideline
4. Manage and motivate the workers to achieve the required production targets
5. Follow up the production plan to meet the customer requirements
6. Lead the productivity improvements
7. Keep high standard 5S, HSE and discipline in workshop according to RBCD requirements
8. Lead the CIP activities in workshop
9. Reduce waste of resources
10. Advise and support planning engineers for the process improvement activities
11. Following all government and plant safety and environment regulations during operation including proper use of industrial safety equipments
12. Follow up the ISO/TS16949 and quality management system requirements in the area
13. Implement the quality tools (SPC, POKA YOKE, 8D, QAM) in the area according to standard
a) Support projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction in the production area
14. Support TPM implementation
15. Prepare all production related topics for audits (Quality, EHS, BVS/-Q, C/AU…)
16. Follow up BPS and system-CIP standards during production
17. Collect and summarize the production data
18. Coordinate with other functions in order to establish the maximize allocation of resources
19. Additional tasks from (senior) manager
Qualifications Requirement:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree with mechanical engineering or related major
2. Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
3. Major in Engineering or related
4. Organizational and leadership skills
5. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949
6. Good English and /or German communication skills
7. Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
8. Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing of high volume products
