Specific responsibilities of the position:
§ Deliver assigned Sales budget in volume, CY through effectively explore new customers. This is reflected by weekly individual performance and quarterly KPI review.
§ Explore for new customers to expand customer base through independent and effective online selling. This is measured by new client acquisition review in terms of client no. and volume.
§ Follow up and action on assigned Campaigns and specific product/service promotion to generate new clients and/or business volume, this measured by Campaign result review.
§ Identify sufficient business opportunities, develop and maintain healthy sales pipeline and ensure good follow up of them to actual loadings, quality input in Insight as per the "Sales funnel" philosophy. This is measured by weekly Insight pipeline report.
§ Quote and file rate contracts with high efficiency and quality as per INS rate structure and PRN pricing guideline/SOP to ensure all bookings with valid pricing in place and avoid disputes, which measured by the manual rating review and pricing audit.
§ Manage the customer relationship, keep high customer satisfaction level. This is measured by monthly CSS score and response ratio.
§ Setup wide market network and client base, quickly respond to market movement and collect market information with effective proposal and feedback to relevant TNM for better pricing setup.
§ Apply Insight for daily sales activity management, including customer ownership, contact, opportunity and campaign, etc.

? Bachelor or same level degree

? At least 1 year experience in Shipping or Logistics industry, CUS/SAL or other relevant experience preferred.

? Work independently under pressure
? Basic negotiation and selling skills
? Good relationship building skills, approachable
