Job Objective:

Responsible for C&B, support department manager to make, consummate and launch C&B policy and procedures

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly payroll work cooperating with payroll service center based on ADP system

- Conduct monthly IIT declaration

- In Charge of C&B related data maintenance in PeopleAsia

- Support problem solving and improvement of all HR systems as PA, PowerPay and ADP with delegation or consultant

- In charge of supplemental medical insurance and Liability Insurance including expatriates under supporting from delegation and broker

- In charge of monthly attendance data double checking.

- In charge of internal and external audits

- Provide necessary data analysis and reports for business requirements

- In charge of annual salary survey and analysis

- Support to annual salary review and increment plan

- Prepare annual C&B budget and plan; budget analysis and control

- Cooperate with HR partners for the innovation or execution of C&B policies and procedures

- Great functional support to HR partners

- Daily work instruction and coach for C&B assistant

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor Degree or above;

- Language: CET 6 or above;

- Computer skill: Family with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, IE;

- Work experience: 3-5 years working experience in relative HR Job

- Strong logically thinking capability, data sensitive

- Conscientious, patient and good in communication

- Good in English, speaking and writing
