Job Summary:
The incumbent will act as a link between the client and the agency. He or She will have the overall responsibility for the smooth running of campaigns and deal with the day-to-day turnaround of work,ensuring it is producedon time
and on budget.
Duty and Responsibility:
1.Servicing existing clients;
2.Brief creative team to formulate marketing strategies;
3.Liaise between client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communications flows effectively;
4.Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks;
5.Handle budgets and manage campaign costs.
Experience:
At least 1 year of account servicing experience preferably in an advertising agency
Capability:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
2.Possess a proactive and highly organized approach with the ability to motivate, persuade and deal with a broad range of people from creative team to clients;
3.Be able to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information while paying attention to details
Special Skills:
Good and efficient writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
