职位描述

REQUIREMENT:

1.College degree or above.

2.Four (4) years experience in the transportation industry, which preferably includes management / supervisory experience.

3.Experience in freight forwarding industry is required.

4.In-depth knowledge of customers, agents and sister offices as well as financial process between each other.

5.Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.

6.Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages required for smooth operation of business.

7.Communicative, able to create trustful relations in spite of cultural differences and geographical distance.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Summary:

To plan, organize and control the input, movement, process / sort, and output of the air operations to ensure a high level of service and quality at a minimal cost.

1.Responsible for selecting, training, and developing staff of direct reports.

2.Conducts meetings to provide employees with daily information regarding division / operation; applies consistent administration of disciplinary procedures.

3.Maintains all required reports / paperwork, payroll, performance reviews, and personnel records through established paperwork guidelines.

4.Responsible for the handling of contracted suppliers in terms of rates justification, service quality and billing process

5.Oversees safety methods and ensures programs are implemented and maintained.

6.Instructs employees with / on methods to instill a service-conscious attitude, and minimize service failures.

7.Ensures cost effectiveness of operations through established control of equipment, utilities and supplies.

8.Maintains contact with customers (internal and external) with regard to conditions affecting service levels.

9.Oversees movement and activities of all related products to ensure maximum efficiency.
