POSITION SUMMARY

To direct the design, development and implementation of customer integrated solutions with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction, enhance FedEx' competitive advantage and generate profitable revenue growth for FedEx.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT - Direct the development and implementation of strategies for supply chain solutions; analyze and gauge industry and customers' requirements; benchmark worldwide practices and standards; gather information from business development & marketing, analyze and report on market competitiveness in order to enhance FedEx competitive edge and position FedEx as a leading supply chain solutions provider and generate profitable revenue growth.
2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Coordinate with business development, marketing and operations; continuously identify new business opportunities to drive the growth of customers who utilize an integrated solution combining various products.
3. SOLUTIONS CONSULTING, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION - To conduct detail customer requirement analysis, assess customer's supply chain readiness and capabilities, gather data, conduct research and benchmarking, design solutions within and outside the context of FedEx's service capabilities, create new business model and proposal for customer, develop all business documentation/operating plans/financial analysis that are required for solutions development. To provide project management in design and development of solutions, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and solution implementation, with responsibility of managing the scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk and procurement of the project, collaborating with all responsible functional groups, integrating each dimension in the project.
4. SERVICE REVIEW - To develop and implement an adequate methodology or model for reviewing the solutions delivered to customers; identify and develop improvement initiatives; further account penetration opportunities and performance measurement in order to ensure continuous improvement in solution design and implementation to the satisfaction of internal and external customers and to generate additional revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent
2. At least 8 years' relevant experience in program management, or global/international transportation industry
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
4. Organized, Detail-oriented
5. Good communication skills
6. Good analytical, problem-solving, project management & presentation skills
7. Can work independently
8. Good command of English and Mandarin
