We are looking for experienced senior lead with a computer science background, who has very strong technical leadership and is able to drive the product from initiation to launch across product development life cycle. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and exhibit creative thinking and collaboration. Having the ability to turn ideas into reality, communicate effectively, and work closely with others in teams around the world is essential.

Positions require that you be enrolled in a degree in a technical discipline, or a business/design discipline with strong technical background, good leadership, creative problem solving, analytical thinking, multi-tasking, written & verbal communication skills as well as a focus on customer success.

-Strong skills in Java application and web development
-Good understanding of product development lifecycle
-Proficient in project management
-Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
-Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
-Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner
-Adapted to Agile, globalized working environment
-Familiar with OO design, SOA frameworks, Web service
-Skilled in Eclipse plugin development
-Hands on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
-Familiar with Application server WAS or Tomcat
-Hands on experience with at least one database DB2, Oracle, MySQL,etc.

Required:
-Master's Degree
-4+ years software development experience and 4+ years project managment experience

Preferred:
-PMP Certification
-Scrum agile development experience
-Software architect experience

Bachelor's Degree
Basic knowledge in java
English: Fluent
