职位描述
岗位要求：
1.机械类、工业工程等相关专业专科以上学历，5年以制造行业相同岗位工作经验；
2.熟悉IE手法，QC七手法 ；熟悉注塑工艺，具有项目管理方面经验，熟悉项目提报、计划制定等操作流程；新产品导入及相关的工艺SOP/ST准备及能独立设计工装夹具的能力
3.熟练使用办公软件，及CAD软件能够使用PROE或UG者佳；
4.敢于挑战、勇于承担，良好的团队服务意识；能承受一定的工作压力；
岗位职责：
1.负责车间产品标准工时、SOP及产品流程图的制定，生产效率和品质不断提升；
2.优化产品制造流程及车间物流，实现现场的持续改善，降低产品制造周期及成本。
