部门：物业投资服务部

岗位职责：
1、了解市场主要商业及写字楼项目，完善并按时更新成都市场投资简介；
2、按照要求对所接项目进行整理和包装，协助经理完成合约、服务建议书等接案文件的撰写，并在接案后完善项目投资分析报告；
3、协助投资经理进行客户的前期开发，完善客户数据库；
4、开发新的客户。

岗位要求：
1、一年左右房地产相关工作经验，具备财务分析能力者优先；
2、大学专科以上学历，英语4级，有一定英文书写能力；
3、工作细心、努力、认真、虚心，有一定抗压性；
4、能熟练使用office系列办公软件。
