项目销售及推广部

岗位职责：
1、负责房地产项目开发前期策划工作，如项目市场研究、定位分析、建筑设计建议等；
2、负责协助策划团队撰写前期策划报告；
3、负责房地产营销策划、数据分析及撰写报告等工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，男女不限，市场营销、房地产、中文、广告等相关专业者优先考虑；
2、拥有二年以上房地产、市场营销、广告等相关行业工作经验（优秀者可适当放宽条件）；
3、具有房地产营销策划经验，商业地产为佳；
4、较强的逻辑分析及沟通、协调能力，较好的团队意识、执行力及文笔功底，能够承受工作压力；
5、能够较为熟练的运用Office办公软件；
6、能够接受出差。
