Accountabilities

HR
? Overseeing full range of HR and administrative functions and activities for Project Angles in Ningbo.
? Driving innovation and engagement in the region, supporting and implementing ways to improve both the employees’ and the organisation’s performance
? Supported by in-country HR Admin personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations for all the offices under your care
? Managing regulatory compliance and ensuring consistency due process for the HR department across the region
? Role modelling HR best practices and adapting well to rapid industry changes
? Active Involvement in global HR projects - responsible for driving the successful implementation of projects across different regions and functions
? Regulatory and Statutory Compliance for all employee related matters
? Talent Acquisition - responsible for recruitment activity in the region
? Continually assessing the effectiveness of HR programmes, proactively identifying issues and suggesting alternatives as required
? Driving performance management across the region
? Collaborating with and assisting Business HR on specific projects
? Actively participating in the development of global employee policies and HRIS - to ensure regional flavour and requirements are met
? Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Admin
? Responsible for coordinating relations between our business units and external government units, as well as maintaining links among industrial, commercial, and administrative departments
? Managing the company’s internal administrative documents, procurement, vehicle maintenance, document archiving, legal affairs, security, licensing, coordination of external issues, and other daily administrative business

Knowledge, experience & leadership capabilities

Critical knowledge & experience

? Tertiary educated
? Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a regional role
? Good mix of strategic HR and operational hands-on experience is essential
? Supervisory skills and familiarity within matrix-reporting
? Flexibility in approaching work situations
? Experience in dealing with employee relations issues effectively
? Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Team player
