岗位职责：
1、较强的业务开发能力，能够协助招商团队完成客户挖掘、跟进、结案工作；
2、较为熟练的运用租赁相关文件及租赁条款。

岗位要求：
1、大专或以上学历，男女不限；
2、2年或以上商业物业租售相关工作经验，熟悉成都商业零售市场，熟悉各类知名品牌（优秀者可适当放宽条件）；
3、拥有丰富知名品牌招商渠道者优先（国内外大型零售、餐饮、咖啡、品牌服饰、休闲娱乐等）；
4、具备优秀的沟通交流能力及谈判技巧，较强的逻辑分析能力及对商业敏锐的判断力；
5、团队协作意识强，能承受工作压力；
6、能够接受出差及外派。
