POSITION: Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Sarment’s Sales Coordinator, the position holder will be mainly assisting the Shanghai Head of Sales on client information management, events coordination for the sales team, and the support on the sales orders management.

The position holder will be expected to participate constructively in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with marketing, sales and finance to ensure coordinated sales efforts.

This position will be based in the Shanghai and the holder will report to the Sarment Shanghai Head of Sales.

This position will entail the following responsibilities:
Database management (contacts, customers and products);
Price lists: assist in production and update of price lists for China;
Events: assist in event coordination and enter events in ERP;
Roster and schedule: maintain, update the sommelier and event schedule + roster;
Process and policies creation while the Head of Sales gives instructions/draft, put in right company format for circulation;
PA task for the Head of Sales maintain calendar, expense report;
Share with sales admin on the sales orders management;
Cover sales admin when she is on holiday;
Other duties to be assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Act in the best interests of Sarment at all times, both at work and in situations where you represent the company and its values;
Follow directions and instructions from superiors and complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner;
Dress neatly and follow the dress code requirements of Sarment;
Punctually follow the work schedule as outlined by the Sales manager, and be prepared for overtime as required;
Highly sense of responsibility;
Strong team work spirit；
Strong multi tasks implementation ability;
Smart, out- going and easy going;
Experience on wine & spirits is a plus.
