职能概要

Manage office book keeping, office management and other clerical functions.

管理日常开销纪录,文档管理等办公事务

Provide support to the Team for efficient service.

提供支援予质量組以达到有效率的服务。

Perform mail and fax distribution and other kind of communications

负责文件速递/影印/传真

Coordinate travel and itineraries for employees, including hotel & flights, etc.

安排员工出差的机票及酒店

Maintain all company office equipment and necessary office supplies.

监督办公用品、零星物品的日常采购及管理

Assist the Associate Director as the secretary for daily support.

作为中国副董事秘书，协助安排日常相关事务。

Providing administrative and clerical support to the Administration department.
为行政部门提供行政及文书支援。

Handling routine accounting and monthly reports.

处理日常会计和每月报告。

Being a support for any team according to the situation.

视情况而定需要做部门协助支持

Skills:

技巧要求

College degree or above, with at least two years financial related working, preferably furniture & Fixtures industry

大专以上学历，两年以上财务相关工作经验，酒店行业工作经验者优先。

Good communication skills, the ability to manage multi-task in a fast-paced and growing organization.

良好的沟通能力和在快速发展的组织中多任务处理能力。

Good command of Office Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
熟练掌握办公软件。

Good written and spoken English is required
