Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Develop operation strategy for company’s E-commerce website; handle team building and daily operation management.
2. Build and optimize the system and procedures of seller management, content management, order management, logistics management; supervise the implementation.
3. Manage seller-supervisors and logistic-supervisors, set up team target and supervise execution of the targets.
4. Lead seller-supervisors to consult with over-sea sellers in making product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and product display strategy.
5. Lead logistic supervisors to optimize logistic chain system; and enhance customers’ experiences while reducing logistics cost.

Quality
1. 30-35 year old, bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, business management, information management, finance and investment, or other business related field.
2. 5+ years e-commerce operation experience, 3+ year B2C operation manager or director experience, team leading experience, preference is retail business, store chain, on-line shopping mall, direct-marketing experience.
3. Proficient in e-commerce platform design and administration, customer management, operating processes, Internet marketing and online business development.
4. With sharp market observation, excellent skill in data analysis, innovative,

1、负责制定公司移动电子商务网站的具体运营策略，团队建立，日常管理；
2、负责建立和优化有关卖家管理，内容管理、商品管理、订单管理、物流管理等方面的系统和流程，并监督执行；
3、管理卖家主管，物流主管等平台运营相关团队，制定各个团队的指标，监督这些指标的具体执行；
4、带领卖家主管与海外卖家一起协商制定产品策略，价格策略，推广策略及相应的页面展现策略；
5、带领物流主管梳理产品从海外到国内的整体物流链，在降低物流成本的前提下，提高客户体验；

任职要求：
1、30-35岁，本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、商业管理、信息管理、金融投资或其他经济类相关专业；
2、具有5年以上电子商务运营经验，3年以上B2C营运经理或总监管理经验，有带领团队的经验，有零售业、连锁百货、网上商城、直复营销等经验为佳；
3、精通电子商务平台架构、客户管理、营运流程、网絡营销、网上业务拓展等；
4、具敏锐的市场洞察力、优秀的数据分析和创新能力；
5、熟悉进口事务者优先；
6、优秀的够通和协调能力。
