职位描述

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


Market Development, Sales & Demand Generation

· Develop and execute DTS services sales strategy to over-achieve on services top and bottom line targets in market unit.

· Proactive engagement and collaboration with Client Partners in lead and opportunity creation.

· Define and execute go-to-market programs to support the development of 3X pipeline.

· Extensive collaboration and partnership with internal teams such as D&T License, Custom Development, Global Delivery, Custom Solution Adoption in maximizing DTS revenue and wins through effective cross-selling.

· Support the orchestration and localization of DTS regional growth plan in the market unit.

· Ensure availability of references in region (BTS, momentum stories, visitor days, videos, speakers, Customer Value Network)

· Sales enablement and internal/external education on DTS value proposition and customer benefits.


Deal Execution and Closure

· Identifies, pursues and closes DTS bookings opportunities through effective partnership with the DTS Sales, Client Partners etc while providing leadership and ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

· Provide sales leadership and support for all DTS services opportunities in market unit.

· Directly interact with customers to position the value of COMPANY's DTS Solutions as a strong evangelist and trusted advisor.


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


· Bachelor equivalent degree

· 5+ years of Sales management experience


WORK EXPERIENCE

· 5-10 years of professional experience in the IT industry with demonstrated sales track record in overachieving technology solutions sales targets.

· 3-5 years of Data and/or Database technology experience with ideally 3 + years prior business application software or implementation experience OR minimum of 8-12 years professional experience with a demonstrated knowledge/expertise of enterprise solutions, customer business scenarios.

· 5+ years of customer facing experience (sales/business development/consulting/pre-sales).

· Understanding of Ecosystem.

· Strong technology services sales experience with at least 5+ years in the IT or related industry.

· Proven experience and strong record in managing C-level relationships with Customers or Partners.

· Demonstrated experience in being the "hunter" - consistent track record in generating for 3X pipeline.

· Go-to-market strategy, business case planning and development.

· Executive workshops design and facilitation.

· Ability to leverage and execute best practices approaches and engaging and influencing cross-functional, matrix driven organizations.
