1.Strong cross-functional project management skills,

2.strong in motivating staff, endurance, ability to work under high pressure,Project management training, Certificate of six sigma BB or Lean Master is an advantage;

3. MS Office, PPT skills; Highly motivated individual and ability to learn quickly & adapt to changes;

4.Be fluent at both written and spoken English.

5.Ensure the standardized implementation of Lean Systerm based on LEAN Manufacturing principals and it’s relative tools across the plant.

6.Define goals, content and schedule of assigned Continuous Improvement (CI) programs/projects in line with plant strategy, Lean roadmap and targets...

7.Facilitate for pilot workshops,TPM, Kaizen events to deliver the results based on the timeline

8.Train, coach for Kaizen leaders, team members both in workshop and classroom.

9.Lead regular audit, assessment in order to improve plant manufacturing KPI’s and CI standards.

10.Support and facilitate Team for doing value stream mapping.

11.Validate project results, benefits and cost savings together with Finance and project owners

12.Being part Engineering Team for new equipment or installation.
