岗位职责:
1、建立集团在中国区的专业人才库,引领人才配置;
2、搭建集团各类人才尤其是高层次人才的招聘策略并督导实施,确保各节点顺畅;
3、与高层次人才有效沟通谈判,确保优秀人才及时引进;
4、负责集团招聘流程、制度梳理、完善;
5、整个招聘团队的建设,专业技能提升。
任职要求:
1、熟悉猎取专业人才的各类渠道资源;
2、熟练掌握各类人才的配置策略;
3、有建设和五人以招聘团队以上工作经验;
4、具备较强的理解能力、沟通谈判能力、解决问题能力;
5、具备英文环境工作能力;
6、至少有5年以上招聘工作经验,5年高层次人才招聘经验,有猎头或相关经验者优先。
7、有海外工作或学习经验者优先。

Purpose of the position
1.To be fully responsible for the HR recruitment/staffing of Area and Business Units .
2.To support the area management and business unites to attract/recruit and retain qualified staff on all levels in cooperation with the hiring managers.
3.Overview recruitment strategy process & channels, to ensure efficiency & quality of hiring in Sanpower Group (mainland) and abroad.
4.To act as the assistant Area HR Manager for various HR issues
Key Tasks
?Overview recruitment strategy, process & channels? Work closely with Area and Business Units line managers as a business partner to search for the right candidates and build/develop candidate pool to ensure that the organizational capability meets strategic business requirements.
?Perform a variety of duties related to full-time and part-time recruitment including but not limited to screening interviews, reference checking, test administration, composition and placement of advertisement, communicating written and verbal job offers, composing and posting job openings internally.
?Administer the new staff requisition process including collection of data, verification of information provided, communicate the approval status to various parties concerned and highlight discrepancies for further action.
?Advise of job market status and trend.
?Drive and set up a systematic searching channel for all the levels of the positions in PRC.
?Arrange service agreements with executive search firms, online job websites and other recruiting vendors.
?Act as consultant to the hiring manager to develop/design of job descriptions.
?Assist HR Director in identifying issues and concerns of departing employees, and make recommendation for improvement/resolution to the hiring managers.
?Responsible to prepare periodically reports, headcount report, recruitment efficiency report, etc.
?Assist in various HR projects, e.g. talent management, organization development in the districts and business units in close cooperation with the line managers. Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working.
?Experience in an international work environment, preferably in logistics/forwarding industry.
?Know-how and application of general HR concepts/processes Skills & Competencies.
?Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse work group.
?Sound HR knowledge in recruitment and staffing. Good interviewing/behavioral assessment techniques.
?Strong analytical skill and details-minded.
?Excellent team player and coach skills.
?Timely and accurate research and reporting of results of analysis.
?Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information; able to work with high degree of accuracy, often in time critical situations.
?Familiar with local employment legislation and relevant laws.
?Willing to travel in Sanpower Group.
Educational background / Work experience
?Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or equivalent.
?More than 5 years working experience in sourcing, selecting, interviewing and assessment.
.Prefer candidates with oversea study or work experience.
Language skills
?Effective communications skills in both English & Mandarin (written & spoken) across all level of line managers.
Computer Literacy
?Proficient in MS Office
